Completion of this form DOES NOT guarantee a date, time, or space request.We must first review date, time, and space availability before making reservations. This form is used solely for the purpose of determining date, time, space, and equipment availability for the dates requested. From time to time a church event such as a funeral may have priority over an event previously calendared. In that case, every effort will be made to provide for an alternative date or time to the event previously calendared.
The Church does not issue keys to anyone. We will only issue key fobs that allow for access into specific spaces. All key fobs must be returned after use or a charge of $10 will be assessed for replacement. Use of the building, spaces, or equipment of First Baptist Church of Denham Springs is governed by the church’s constitution and bylaws. An additional charge may be required for use of the auditorium media and sound system since a church technician must be present to operate the system. All spaces must be reset and reasonably cleaned by the user once the event is complete with all trash being removed from space used and placed in the church’s dumpster. The church does not employ a full-time custodian and cleaning of the church’s kitchen is not included in our contract with our custodial company. Use of the kitchen will require the user to fully clean and replace all equipment before exiting the building. Please note that kitchen use does not include disposable plastic ware, plates, bowls, or cups for groups who are not official church ministries. It also does not include use of coffee or tea service. Failure to properly return equipment and spaces to their pre-use condition may result in the loss of privilege to use the space or equipment in the future.
